Epsom Salts can be used as a natural alternative to relax the body in a warm bath, as a fertiliser to overcome magnesium and sulfur deficiencies in soil, and can also be used as a fabric softener.
For relaxing the body: Dissolve 375g in an average size bath of warm water.
As a soil fertiliser: to help overcome magnesium and sulfur deficiencies in soil, spread Epsom Salts over soil. For citrus crops, tomatoes and lettuces etc. also apply as a foliage spray (375g - 20 litres).
As a fabric softener: Place 1 tablespoon of Epsom Salts in the washing machine before commencing the rinse cycle.
