Gastro-Mint is for the relief of symptoms of medically diagnosed Irritable Bowel Syndrome such as abdominal pain or discomfort, spasms and bloating.
Adults: take one or two capsules up to 3 times a day as required. Take on an empty stomach 30 minutes before meals. Capsules should be swallowed whole. Do not crush or chew the capsules. Not recommended for use in children or for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
If symptoms persist or worsen talk to your medical practitioner. Gastro-mint® may cause heartburn. If symptoms develop stop taking Gastro-mint® and ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice.
